Dion Labs is a one-person independent software lab in Italy. These terms apply to the lab's public sites and experiments unless a product gives you more specific terms.
Early software
Products may be previews, experiments, or works in progress. Features can change, stop, or fail. Keep backups and do not rely on an experiment for safety-critical, medical, financial, legal, or emergency work.
Your accounts and content
Use only accounts, devices, and content you are allowed to use. You remain responsible for what you submit and for following the rules of connected services. Do not abuse the services, bypass security, or interfere with other users.
Licences and third parties
Open-source repositories keep the licences shown in those repositories. Product and site names, artwork, and copy remain with their respective owners unless a licence says otherwise. Connected services such as Microsoft, Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, and app stores have their own terms.
No promises beyond the law
The sites and experiments are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or fit every purpose. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
